Specification and compliance. Commercial projects often require specific product specifications fire codes, ADA requirements, darkness coefficients for BOA compliance. We know what questions to ask and we specify accordingly.
Volume and consistency. When you need the same treatment across 30 units or 12 conference rooms, consistency matters. Our manufacturing process ensures each piece meets the same specification no batch variation.
Coordination with other trades. Commercial projects usually involve multiple contractors. We coordinate with your GC, interior designer, or property manager to make sure our work integrates cleanly with the overall project.

Commercial roller shades — The workhorse of commercial window treatments. Clean lines, minimal visual weight, easy operation. Roller shades are appropriate for most commercial applications and are available in a wide range of opacity levels, colors, and motorization options.
Solar shades — For spaces where heat gain and UV protection are priorities south and west-facing offices, retail storefronts, spaces with significant glass. Solar shades maintain views while reducing solar heat gain significantly.
Blackout shades — For conference rooms, patient rooms, AV spaces, and anywhere else that requires full light control. Commercial blackout shades are engineered for daily use and are available with motorization for convenient operation.
Vertical blinds — Still common in commercial applications, particularly for sliding door and large window openings. We install and can update existing vertical blind systems with new slats and hardware.
